Rakhi Israni Campaign Launches CA14election.org, the First Address-Based Ballot Lookup for California’s 14th District
With voters facing up to four ballots across two different congressional maps in 2026, the free, nonpartisan site lets residents type in their address and see exactly which elections apply to them.
FREMONT, CA — May 5, 2026 — The Rakhi Israni for Congress campaign today launched CA14election.org, a free, nonpartisan voter-resource hub built around an address-based ballot lookup that resolves what is shaping up to be the most procedurally complicated election cycle in the district’s recent memory.
In 2026, residents of California’s 14th Congressional District may receive up to four ballots because two different congressional maps are simultaneously in effect:
- The special-election map, drawn under the 2021 California Citizens Redistricting Commission lines, drives the special primary on June 16 and, if no candidate clears 50%, a special runoff on August 18 to fill the remainder of former Rep. Eric Swalwell’s term.
- The regular-election map, redrawn under Proposition 50 and effective in 2026, drives the regular primary on June 2 and the general election on November 3.
A given address can fall in one map, the other, both, or neither. Without a clear way to check, many voters have no reliable way to know which elections they are participating in or which candidates will appear on their ballot.
CA14election.org is built around solving exactly that. A resident enters their address; the site tells them which of the up to four ballots they will receive, who is on each one, and what dates apply.
“Every voter in CA-14 deserves to know exactly what is happening, when it is happening, and who is asking for their vote,” said Rakhi Israni, candidate for Congress in CA-14. “This process should not feel complicated. CA14election.org exists because an informed district makes better choices, and because no voter should have to assemble that picture from a dozen different government websites.”
A deliberately candidate-neutral resource
The site lists every candidate in every race, not just Israni, with links to their official campaign sites and stated positions. The decision to present the field neutrally was deliberate: the campaign believes the strongest argument for Rakhi Israni is a fully informed electorate, and that voters who understand the process and know who is running are exactly the voters this campaign wants at the ballot box.
